1st Topcliffe Beaver Scout Colony Complete the Sammy Spider Challenge

1st Topcliffe Beaver Scouts have completed the North-East Regions 18th Birthday Challenge - Sammy the Spider Challenge.

The eight activities which the Beavers were involved with to complete the Challenge were:

designed a cake
made a giant spider's web
went on a spider hunt
had a picnic in an unusual place (in a Church tower)
held a spider drive
travelled across water (water activity at Ellerton Park courtesy of the North Yorkshire Scouts Activities Team)
fun event with the Cub Scouts (at Blair's Wood)
went on a outing to somewhere new (Thorpe Perrow Arboretum)
